Any inquiries regarding these Terms and Conditions or matters relating to purchases or orders may be directed to hello@catchmelabel.com .

These Regulations govern the terms of sale of all orders placed by Customers.

Please read the Terms and Conditions before placing your order.

The terms indicated below have the following meanings:

PERSONAL COLLECTION OF GOODS

On working days: Monday - Friday 11:00 - 19:00

The time to collect your order is 7 days from the date of purchase.

RETURN ADDRESS

CATCH ME Mokotowska 43, lok.110, 00-551, Warsaw.

WORKING DAY

One day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

CLIENT

An individual, “YOU.”

CONSUMER

A customer who is a natural person and makes purchases in the Online Store to the extent not directly related to his or her business or professional activity.

ORDER

An order placed by a Customer in the Online Store to purchase products from us.

SALES AGREEMENT

An order placed by a customer for the purchase of goods in accordance with these Regulations.

These Regulations are an integral part of the sales agreement, and acceptance of the Regulations is voluntary, but necessary to conclude the sales agreement.

Browsing the content and assortment of the Online Store does not require Registration.

When using the services of the Online Store, you are obliged to refrain from any activity that could affect the proper functioning of the Online Store, including in particular any interference with the content of the Online Store or its technical elements, including the provision of content of an illegal nature. It is forbidden to use the Online Store for purposes other than its intended purpose, including in particular sending spam, conducting any commercial, advertising, promotional, agitation, political activity on the websites of the Online Store, or any activity contrary to the law or good customs.

II. CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT

When placing an order on the Online Service, you have the option of purchasing products under the terms of these Regulations.

Our Service will guide you step by step to finalize your purchase and place your order. Before making a purchase, you will see a summary containing important information about your order. We recommend that you check all the details before placing your order.

After placing an order on the Website, you will receive a purchase confirmation email containing all the details of your purchase. This email is only a confirmation of your order and does not constitute a sales contract. The contract between us and you for the purchase of the product will be concluded once the order has been completed and has left our warehouse.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, you will receive a cancellation confirmation via email to the address you provided. If payment has been taken for the cancelled order, we will refund the same amount using the same method used to make payment. If for any reason other arrangements are necessary, Catch Me will contact you.

III. PAYMENTS

Prices listed in the Online Store apply to all orders placed via the Online Store. All prices include VAT.

You can choose from the following payment types:

- payment upon personal collection of the goods.

- payment via PayU.

- payment via PayPal

Payment methods will be visible when placing your order.

Catch Me will provide you with proof of purchase of the Product.

All payments are subject to verification and authorization by the selected payment service provider. If the provider refuses or does not authorize the payment for any reason, you will be informed by email and/or when placing the order.

You consent to the sending of invoices electronically by accepting the Regulations.

IV. DELIVERY

Delivery of goods within Poland is PLN 15, orders over PLN 1000 are free.

Delivery outside Poland is PLN 65.

Orders placed for Products are processed from Monday to Friday, unless the Online Store decides to process your orders for Products on other days as well.

The Goods will be shipped within 7 working days from the moment the reservation is confirmed with sufficient funds in your bank account.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email informing you of the delivery time. The promised delivery time starts from the moment you receive the confirmation email.

Products are shipped in the order in which orders arrive, while stocks last. In the event of a large number of orders arriving, some items may be delivered in a separate shipment at a later date, which you will be notified about by email.

The Online Store is not liable for any delays in the delivery of Goods resulting from your incorrect or inaccurate delivery address.

The courier company we work with, DPD, will make every effort to fulfill your order within the estimated delivery time. However, delays are sometimes unavoidable. If your parcel is not delivered within the promised time, please contact us at hello@catchmelabel.com .

The Online Store reserves the right to make ongoing changes to the prices of goods on offer, provided that such changes do not violate the rights of persons who have already placed orders before the aforementioned changes were made.

When receiving the package, you should check the package, and in particular its packaging when receiving the package with the product. In the event of a product damaged during transport by a courier or postal service provider, a damage and refusal to accept the package protocol should be prepared in the presence of the courier/supplier and the Online Store should be informed of the fact via email to the address: hello@catchmelabel.com .

If you refuse to accept or do not accept the parcel with the Goods, the parcel will be returned to the Online Store. The refund of the paid price will be made within 14 working days from the date of return of the parcel with the Goods to the Online Store.

V. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT / RETURN

You can return the purchased Goods to the Online Store without giving reasons under the terms indicated below.

You may withdraw from the sales contract by submitting a written declaration within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods, the form is available HERE .

You are obliged to return the purchased Goods: new, without signs of use, without torn labels, etc., packed in a Catch Me branded canvas bag (if you received it),

with a completed return form, available HERE , no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to return the Product before it expires.

In the event of the return of damaged or worn goods, the Online Store may charge you compensation covering the cost of damage or wear of the Goods, and the amount of such compensation may be deducted from the amount of the sales price of the item to be returned to you.

You will receive an email once your return has been processed. You will receive your refund within 7 business days. The refund does not include any shipping fees.

The Online Store may withhold reimbursement until it receives the product or until it provides proof of its return, depending on which event occurs first.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from their use in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods.

VI. COMPLAINTS

The Online Store undertakes to provide you with a Product free from significant defects and physical defects.

The Manufacturer is liable if the sold Goods have a physical or legal defect (warranty). The Manufacturer is liable under warranty if the physical defect is found before the expiry of 2 (two) years from the date of issue of the Goods.

A loss or damage to the Product about which you were informed before purchasing it is not a physical defect.

Differences between the actual appearance of the delivered Goods and their photo placed in the Online Store do not constitute non-conformity of the Goods with the contract if they are the result of individual settings of the Customer's computer (colour, appearance of the texture, proportions, etc.).

If the Product has a defect or is inconsistent with the description provided in the Online Store, you are entitled to submit a declaration of a price reduction or to withdraw from the contract, unless the Online Store immediately and without excessive inconvenience to you replace the Product with a defect-free one or remove the defect. In addition, if the Product has a defect, you can request the replacement of the product with a defect-free one or the removal of the defect. If you are a Consumer, instead of the proposed removal of the defect, you can request the replacement of the Product with a defect-free one or instead of the replacement of the Product, request the removal of the defect, unless bringing the Product into compliance with the contract in the manner chosen by you is impossible or would require excessive costs compared to the method proposed by us.

We take all complaints very seriously and aim to resolve disputes as quickly as they arise. We encourage anyone with a complaint to contact us as soon as possible at hello @catchmelabel.com .

In order to process the complaint, the defective Goods should be returned to the Store's Headquarters or sent directly to the following address: JUROSZEK CATCH ME SPÓŁKA JAWNA ul. Mokotowska 43 lok. 110, 00-551 Warsaw.

The package should be accompanied by a description of the complaint. When filing a complaint, you should provide at least your name, order number, the product you are complaining about, a description of the defect, the date of its detection and indicate what you are requesting, the form is available HERE.

All complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of their submission (delivery of the Goods).

We will notify you of the resolution of your complaint and advise you on how to proceed by e-mail or telephone.

If the claims are deemed justified, we will reimburse you for the costs incurred in delivering the goods subject to the complaint based on the proof of such costs incurred submitted by you.

VII. PERSONAL DATA

By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your personal data by the Personal Data Administrator, including in particular your name, surname, telephone number and full address for the purposes of executing the order, including for the purposes of its evaluation, expressing an opinion, receiving information about promotions or recommendations of the Online Store.

Your personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected against access by unauthorized persons, in accordance with applicable regulations. You have the right to view your data, correct it and demand that it be discontinued.

VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS

Information about the Goods published on the Online Store website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.

The Online Store reserves the right to temporarily suspend the availability of the Online Store in the event of the need to carry out maintenance, inspection, replacement of equipment or in connection with the need to modernize or expand the Online Store.

You are obliged to use the Online Store in a manner consistent with the law and good customs, taking into account respect for personal rights and copyrights and intellectual property of the Online Store and third parties. You are obliged to enter data consistent with the factual state.

The name and logo of the Online Store constitute a protected legal asset, any use thereof without prior written consent is prohibited.

Any disputes arising between the Customer will be resolved by the court with local jurisdiction for the registered office of the Online Store.

The Online Store reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations for important reasons, i.e.: changes in legal provisions; changes in payment and delivery methods - to the extent that these changes affect the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations.

In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
